Berry Protein Smoothie

This is a quick and simple protein smoothie that tastes great.  I would use the 300 calorie version for a snack and the 400 to 500 calorie version to replace a meal.  Enjoy

1.)  1 1/2 scoops protein powder (EAS Chocolate Whey Protein from Sam’s Club approxiametly 32.00 for 76 servings)

 

 

 

2.)  1/2 cup frozen berries (Wal-Mart)

 

 

 

 

3.)  1 cup of unsweetened almond milk (Skim,rice,soy or coconut milk.  All at Wal-Mart)

306 calories

36 grams protein

36 grams of carbs

3 grams of fat

3.5 grams fiber

If you want to add 100 calories, combine with a small or half banana.

If you want to add 200 calories, combine with a small or half banana and 1 Tbsp of natural peanut butter.
