    Coach Todd, I am on week 7 of T25. I am feeling great and in good shape. Not as lean as I want to be but getting there. I do see to bring the abs out I really need to have low body fat. All else good just working on getting the abs out. Diet has been followed as recommended.

    Question, when I finish T25 should I go back to the gym for a month or so, or I was thinking P90 or P903. Beside getting lean I would like to put on a little more muscle if possibe. Not easy at 49 yr old.

      Hey Cliff,
      Great to hear from you. After you finish T25, I would go with P90X or X3. If you’re gym experience was like mine, it will be a lot of talking and waiting on equipment. I gained 10 lbs of muscle in 3 months using P90X (CLICK HERE to read my article) and the X3 program has a mass schedule included with the program. The X3 Mass schedule is what I’m doing now. If you really want to pack on the muscle you should try Body Beast (CLICK HERE). BB is my all time favorite Beachbody workout.

      Keep eating clean and eating those healthy carbs.
