Weekly Coach Check-In: December 17th, 2013

Hey TeamInternallyFit,

How has your week been going?  Mine has been CRAZY!!  It starts with all the Holidays and ends with the release of P90X 3!!!  As of this writing I have yet to receive my copy but it should be in today.  I will spend the week and weekend reviewing the workouts so that I can give you everything you need to make a decision on whether or not P90X 3 is right for you.

2.) Health Food Under $1 – An excuse a lot of people make as to why they don’t eat healthy is the fact that it’s too expensive.  I’m here to prove that you can eat healthy for under $1.  Don’t believe me?  Check it out.

3.) Weights or Cardio? – This topic has been debated for decades and in this article I give you my 2 cents worth based on my personal experiences.

4.) Motivation Monday – As the Christmas holiday closes in and the year draws to an end, motivation is limited.  How do you overcome your lack of motivation?  Checkout my Motivation Monday post, of course.

WEEKLY HEALTH TIP: Sweet Bell Peppers are a fruit filled with antioxidants and bursting with flavor.  The nutrients in peppers help to prevent cancer, diseases related to aging and they boos your immune system.  They can also reduce inflammation for those who suffer from arthritis and asthma.  Peppers are a good source of vitamin K, which promotes blood clotting and strengthens bones.
