My Shakeology Recipe

This is my shakeology recipe that I like to use for lunch everyday.  When all ingredients are mixed together it makes approximately 32 oz.

16 oz. water

15 ice cubes

1 scoop of natural peanut butter or PB2, powdered peanut butter with only 45 calories and 1.5 grams of fat per serving!!

 

1 scoop of Sunwarrior Raw Protein – Chocolate (or Whey Protein of your choice)

 

1 tbsp of milled flax seed (for added fiber)

 

1 scoop of Chocolate Shakeology

360 Cal/ 11g fat/ 23g Carbs/ 44g Protein (depending on your choices of peanut butter and protein)
