Warm Cereal Bowl

This is one of my favorites during the Fall.

3/4 cup whole-grain Cream of Wheat cereal, cooked

2 Tbsp. raisins

1 Tbsp. slivered almonds

1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (skim, rice or soy)

1 scoop whey protein powder

Combine ingredients in bowl, heat.



314 Calories

25 grams protein

40 grams carbs

6 grams fat

3.5 grams fiber

Add 100 calories: Increase cereal to 1 cup and increase almonds to 2 Tbsp.

Add 200 calories: Increase cereal to 1-1/2 cups, increase almonds to 2 Tbsp and increase milk to 1/2 cup.
