    I’m here to answer my 2 questions. The first answer is to lose a little weight and build tons of strength. My second answer is Whey Protein, Boiled Eggs, Tuna, and Almonds and Chicken for nutrition.

      Hey Patrick, thanks for your response. What workout are you currently doing? You mentioned P90X, which has a great “fat shredder” plan to lose the weight you want, but with the workouts you will definitely at strength and muscle. I’m currently doing Body Beast and it is by far my favorite Beachbody workout because it’s ole school weight lifting that I grew up doing for sports. It’s the best overall BB program to gain muscle.
