Weekly Coach Check-In: October 9th, 2012

Hey TeamInternallyFit,

Well, I’m back from vacation this week and I’m glad to be working out in my home gym and on my old schedule.  I’ve worked out at home now for almost 3 years after spending over 17 years lifting in a public gym.  Man! I forgot how bad I hated to wait for equipment or workout in someone else’s sweat.  Home sweet, home gym! LOL

I have some exciting news coming out of Beachbody on some products that I’ve been mentioning lately:

ASYLUM II will hit shelves—sometime after 2:00 PM PT / 5:00 PM ET on Thursday, October 11th.  Checkout my site shortly after that and I will have a page and a link to order.  ASYLUM II will be available exclusively through me (your coach) for one week!  Retails for $59.95.  I can’t wait, Insanity was intense, the Asylum brought it up a level and now the Asylum II will no doubt take you to a new fitness level.

Insanity: Volume 2 video preview:

Beginning Monday, October 1st and running through the end of the year, customers who have purchased or will purchase Challenge pack in 2012 can upgrade to become a Coach for FREE!  That’s right you can become a Beachbody coach for FREE and enjoy all the benefits, discounts and extra income at no cost.  Go to and checkout the challenge packs.

Time to unleash your inner warrior. LES MILLS COMBAT pre-order has begun! From now until  October 31st, pre-orders will be exclusive to Team Beachbody customers & Coaches (Me)—and guarantees first dibs, FREE shipping, and a Network Exclusive bonus workout DVD. BAM!

New on this week:

1.) Too Much Sugar? : Are you eating too much sugar?  How much should you have in a day?  Is sugar bad for you?  To answer these and to learn more about sugar make sure you read this article.

2.) Best Workouts:  With so many workout programs available, how do you choose the best one to meet all of your needs?  Read this post to find out.

3.) You Are What You Eat!! : What we eat has a huge impact on how we look, feel, even how long you live.  Read this post to find out how you can change.

Weekly Health Tip:

Kidney beans contain many heart-healthy nutrients that help lower your cholesterol, triglycerides, and blood pressure; reduce your risk of coronary-artery disease and type 2 diabetes; and help you lose weight.  Packed with lawn protein, soluble fiber, folate, iron, magnesium, and potassium, kidney beans are also great for preventing osteoporosis; improving mood, memory and maintaining healthy hair.

And 2 favors that I ask:
1) If you like the hard work I put into writing my articles and videos, PLEASE help me out by sharing them. Click the share links below them and share them on FB, twitter, etc.  It really helps me get more exposure and grow TeamInternallyFit!
2) Also, remember that the way I benefit from being your coach is that I earn a commission from any Beachbody products that you purchase, as long as you buy them through my site,, (If you buy from the plain Beachbody site I get no credit). It helps with the amount of time I spend answering all your questions and helping you out. Thank you! I really appreciate it!
