Weekly Coach Check-In: March 12th, 2013


Hey TeamInternallyFit,

How has everyone’s week going?  I hope you’ve eaten clean and pushed play every day and continue to work towards your goal of health and fitness. 

Have you ever just had one of those weeks?  I know you have, we’ve ALL had one of those days weeks, etc. Right?  For me personally this had been a tough week.  It started last week when my sinuses started to “act up” for the first time in 3 years.  You know what that means headache, stuffy nose, sore throat and cough.  So having all those symptoms really affected my motivation at times. 

The good news is I didn’t make excuses and I didn’t miss a workout or have to mortify in any way; as a matter of fact I upped my weight and reps in several of the workouts. This week my motivation has been a quote I read recently, “You can’t get much done in life if you only work on the day’s you feel good.”
