Weekly Coach Check-In: October 23rd

Hey TeamInternallyFit,

Hope you are having a great week and still working hard to achieve your health and fitness goals.  If you’ve slacked, just remember to get plugged into, find us on face book or just email me and I can help you out.

Today my oldest daughter (6) and I are going to a Tennessee Titans football game with some friends.  While we are there we are going to do a little tailgating.  I know what you’re thinking; tailgating usually means high calorie, high fat junk food.  Nope! My daughter and I have packed healthy snacks and food like peanut butter and jelly sandwiches with all natural peanut butter and preserve, no sugar added jelly on whole wheat bread.  Plus, all of our snacks are low calorie and healthy.  It’s not your typical “tailgate party” but we have a great time and to her and her friends, it’s like the Super Bowl!
