Weekly Coach Check-In: April 24th, 2012

Hey TeamInternallyFit,

How’s your week going?  I’ve finished my first round of P90X 2 and now I’m getting ready for my first 90 Day Fit Challenge. 

Now’s the time to take advantage of our 90 Day Fitness Challenge!  We will be pushing each other to get in the best shape of our lives.  There is still time to get in.  It’s free if you already have P90X (or any other Beachbody workout) but you must be added to our private Facebook page no later than May 7th to participate (send me a friend request on Facebook and just ask to be added).  Here are the benefits of joining the challenge

   * Others doing the same workouts as you on the same day

   * Questions answered immediately

   * Daily tips and hints to maximize your transformation!

   * Community.  Build lifelong friendships with like minded people

I will be starting Challenge Groups on May 7th, 2012.

These Challenge Groups will be open to groups of 5 or less, they will all use the same workout (Power 90, P90X, P90X2, Insanity, Insanity: The Asylum or Les Mills Pump – You choose the one that fits you, heck I don’t care what workout you choose – just come join the fun), We will use our own private facebook page to ask questions and find motivation.  The smaller groups will help me focus on individual workouts and small groups of people to help them achieve maximum results.

Weekly Health Tip:

Canola oil contains a healthy mix of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, making it a good choice for those concerned with lowering their cholesterol, reducing blood pressure, and limiting the risk for type 2 diabetes.  It is also a good source of vitamin E and omega-3 fatty acids, two nutrients that can protect and maintain healthy skin.
