Weekly Coach Check-In: June 5th, 2012

Hey TeamInternallyFit,

How is your week going?  Did you survive this week working out every day and eating healthy and clean?  If you’ve slipped up read the following articles: Need Workout Motivation and No Motivation and resolve to get back on track ASAP, because it’s all downhill when you start caving into those temptations.  IT’S HARD TO STOP!!!

This week Beachbody released a new line of supplements for its newest workout program BODY BEAST (Summer 2012).  These workouts and supplements are designed to build muscle mass and get you HUGE, I can’t wait!!!  These supplements include a Fuel Shot, Base Shake, Max Creatine and Super Suma.  CLICK HERE to read more about BODY BEAST and this new line of supplements.

Finally, our fitness challenges are going strong and I’m getting to hear about all of the great results the participants are getting.  If you would like to join a fitness challenge group for FREE let me know and I will put you in a private facebook page.  If you would just like more info you can CLICK HERE .

New on this week:

1.) Need Workout Motivation? : Why join a challenge group?  According to the latest research, having a support system, even if it’s online will help you be successful at reaching your health and fitness goals.

2.) Healthy Breakfast Options:  I’ve listed my favorite quick and easy breakfast recipes with nutrition information.  Enjoy!

3.) Body Beast Update: Beachbody is getting ready to release their latest and greatest workout program Body Beast.  Set to release this summer Body Beast will feature its own line of mass building supplements to help you get HUGE!!  Read and watch the video.

Weekly Health Tip:

Brown rice is a whole grain that retains the fiver and nutrients of rice that are removed when it is milled to crate white rice.  Brown rice contains fiver, which reduces the risk of heart disease and type 2 diabetes; selenium, an antioxidant that may help prevent arthritis and skin damage; and magnesium, which helps prevent and manage high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, osteoporosis, migraine headaches, and mood disorders.  Brown rice is gluten-free and safe for people with celiac disease.

And 2 favors that I ask:
1) If you like the hard work I put into writing my articles and videos, PLEASE help me out by sharing them. Click the share links below them and share them on FB, twitter, etc.  It really helps me get more exposure and grow TeamInternallyFit!
2) Also, remember that the way I benefit from being your coach is that I earn a commission from any Beachbody products that you purchase, as long as you buy them through my site,, (If you buy from the plain Beachbody site I get no credit). It helps with the amount of time I spend answering all your questions and helping you out. Thank you! I really appreciate it!
