Weekly Coach Check-In: November 13th

Hey TeamInternallyFit,

This week is a big week for TeamInternallyFit, because sometime tomorrow TIF will reach 100,000 hits!!  Currently, TIF gets over 3,000 hits a day.  WOW, when I started on June 11th I didn’t know what to expect.

I just wanted to take the time to say thank you for those of you that plug in everyday and made this milestone possible.  I know how hard it is to get into shape and more importantly to STAY in shape, so let’s keep motivating each
other.  If we have the proper information, the right kind of attitude and support there is no doubt we can accomplish our health and fitness goals.

Remember to plug in everyday to, twitter or facebook so that we can help each other get results we’ve always wanted.  Plus, if you would like to see something on the site or have any suggestions for future
posts, just let me know and I’ll get to work on it.

New on this week:

1.) Whose Got the Time: Nobody’s got time to workout unless you make time.  In this post you will find time savers to help you “fit” in your workouts.

2.) Workout Hybrids: For years I have mixed and matched Beachbody workouts to create new and exciting workouts.  Checkout this post to see some of my favorites.

3.) Taking Risks: This is a great article written by Tony Horton elaborating on one of his 11 laws of health and fitness, Risk Taking.

4.) iPhone App for P90X: If you’ve been waiting for an easy way to track your fitness, take your P90X workouts on the road or to link your workouts to twitter and facebook, well here it is!  The Beachbody P90X app for the iPhone, iPod, iPad or anything else with an i in it.

5.) Benefits of Interval Training:  This topic has been debated for years and now some new info and research will shed some light on the benefits of interval training.  A must read!!!

6.) Beachbody in the News:  Everywhere you look these days somebody is talking about Beachbody.  From ABC,NBC,CBS, The Wall Street Journal, CNBC,MSNBC and just about every fitness outlet out there.  Read this post to read
some of the most recent.

Weekly Health Tip:

Almond milk is made from ground almonds mixed with water and sometimes sweetener or sugar.  Almond milk is a good substitute for cow’s milk and soy milk if you are lactose intolerant, allergic to cows or soy milk, eat a vegetarian or vegan diet.   Unsweetened varieties are lower in calories and added sugar.  Look for a brand that is fortified with calcium and vitamin D.

And 2 favors that I ask:

1) If you like the hard work I put into writing my articles and videos, PLEASE help me out by sharing them. Click the share links below them and share them on FB, twitter, etc.  It really helps me get
more exposure and grow TeamInternallyFit!

2) Also, remember that the way I benefit from being your coach is that I earn a commission from any Beachbody products that you purchase, as long as you buy them through my site,, (If you buy from the plain Beachbody site I get no credit). It helps with the amount of time I spend answering all your questions and helping you out. Thank you! I really
appreciate it!
