Weekly Coach Check-In: September 18th, 2012

Hey TeamInternallyFit,

How’s everyone doing this week?  It’s been a great week for me, I started “The Beast” phase of Body Beast and I’m seeing crazy results.  The Beast phase is the final phase and my weight is up 8 lbs, but my waist and body fat % have remained the same, which tells me I’ve added a lot of muscle in the last 2 months.  It’s funny to hear people who used to call me “skinny” (at 195) are making comments about how much bigger I’ve gotten.  I’ve noticed it most in the tightness in my shirts and the legs on my pants.  Thanks to Sagi Kalev and Body Beast.

If you’ve had a great transformation, don’t hesitate to let me know.  I would love to post some pictures of your success.  There is no better way to hold yourself accountable and inspire others, than for them to see everyday people achieving great results.
