Weekly Coach Check-In: September 25th, 2012

Hey TeamInternallyFit,

Is it just me or has anyone else noticed Fall is in the air?  Cooler nights, comfortable days, football on every channel!!  What more could you ask for?  Well, maybe it’s just me.  I’m excited because this is the last week of school before I get a week off for “Fall Break” and my wife just booked us a condo in Destin, Florida.  I know what you’re thinking, don’t worry I plan on taking my workouts and supplements on the road.  My health and fitness don’t take vacations and neither do I.  Nevertheless, I’m not a beach guy but I look forward to seeing my kids playing on the beach for the first time.

EXTRA, EXTRA READ ALL ABOUT IT!!!  Big news out of Beachbody headquarters this week.  First, starting October 1st, the Beachbody coaching opportunity will be open to Canada.  That’s right, a completely untapped market of people looking for help to improve their health and fitness as well as ready to inspire others.  Checkout my website, I recently posted a blog about all the details.

Second, Beachbody is planning to the release of 2 new programs — Les Mills Combat launches this fall, with pre-orders starting Oct. 1st.  Asylum Volume 2 launches in mid October.  I can’t wait for these awesome workouts.  I just bought Les Mills Pump this week and plan on starting it in mid to late October and I will definitely be adding Asylum Volume 2 to my collection.

New on this week:

1.) Smart Vending Machine SnacksLet’s be honest, avoiding the snack machine at all costs is best.  However, like you I’ve found myself “snack less” and with no better option at the time.  So what do you do?  Read this article to find out.

2.) Oh Canada! – Finally, the Beachbody coaching opportunity is opening for our Canadian neighbors.  Read to find the details.

3.) Diet Tricks – A “Keep It Simple Stupid” approach to losing weight and eating healthy.  Read to find some tricks to help you reach you ideal body.

Weekly Health Tip:

Cumin, a spice that can be found as whole seeds or ground, is popular in Indian and Middle Eastern cooking.  Like other spices, cumin adds a lot of flavor to recipes without adding sodium, calories, and fat.  I use cumin when I make my vegan burritos to add a little flavor.

And 2 favors that I ask:
1) If you like the hard work I put into writing my articles and videos, PLEASE help me out by sharing them. Click the share links below them and share them on FB, twitter, etc.  It really helps me get more exposure and grow TeamInternallyFit!
2) Also, remember that the way I benefit from being your coach is that I earn a commission from any Beachbody products that you purchase, as long as you buy them through my site,, (If you buy from the plain Beachbody site I get no credit). It helps with the amount of time I spend answering all your questions and helping you out. Thank you! I really appreciate it!
