Weekly Coach Check-In: October 4nd, 2012

Hey TeamInternallyFit,

Hope everything is going well.  By the time you read this my family and I will be returning from a 4 day fall vacation to Destin, Florida.  Don’t worry, as usual I took all my workouts and supplements so I can keep pushing play!!!  As a Beachbody coach I want to set the example for others to follow, remember your health and fitness don’t take vacations, so neither should you.  I feel better, stronger and more relaxed when I workout, besides, I wouldn’t know what to do if I didn’t work out every day!!! LOL   

This is a HUGE week for Beachbody and Beachbody coaches.  As I mentioned last week, starting October 1st the Beachbody coaching opportunity will be available to Canada.  So if you live in Canada and have ever thought about becoming a BB coach NOW is the perfect opportunity.  Canada is a new, untapped market and it’s there are many Canadians that are busting at the seams for this opportunity.

New on this week:

1.) Finding Success: You’ve struggled with your weight for years, you’ve tried every fad diet on the market and though you may have “lost” some weight it just seems to come back faster then it left.  So, how do you find success in a workout routine or a healthy lifestyle?  Here is a list of a few things that helped me to find weight loss success over three years ago . . . and keep it off.

Nutrition Questions: I’ve spent a lot of time the past 10 years studying health and fitness articles, and yes I’ve watched a few episodes of health shows like Dr. Oz, The Doctors and Food Revolution.  When I find an article or show topic that I think will be helpful I tend to write the information down in a notebook to keep track of things that I might use later.

So, what I decided to do is to make a list of nutrition questions I’ve researched and have been asked over the years and put them together in one spot for quick reference.

Weekly Health Tip:
