Weekly Coach Check-In: November 13th, 2012

Hey TeamInternallyFit,

How’s your nutrition and fitness journey going (question mark key doesn’t work)  Did you stay on track during Halloween, did you find yourself sneaking a peek at your kids candy bag and let the Halloween candy get to you.  Are you struggling to stay focused as Thanksgiving is just over a week away.  Take a deep breath and remember your “WHY”.  Your “WHY” is the reason you started working out, eating healthy and taking charge of your fitness.  It’s this time of the year that it’s important for all of us to take a step back and refocus on our reasons for getting healthy in the first place.  Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas being so close together can really make it difficult to overcome the temptations that are all around us.  To make things easier make sure that you stay plugged in to teaminternallyfit.com throughout the holidays to get the motivation and support you need to win the holiday battle.  Don’t go at it alone!!!

Remember if you have a question that you would like me to address please feel free to email or message me and I would be glad to research the topic and write an article on the subject.  If I’ve already written on the topic I can direct you to it.

New on TeamInternallyFit.com this week:

1.) Sleep – The Best Exercise: It’s true, getting a proper nights rest could be the key to your health and fitness.  Read to find out how.

2.) Stretching: It’s the one exercise that most people love to skip, but it’s important for injury prevention, flexibility and overall health.

3.) Shakeology Success Stories: Real people, real results and real success.  Checkout some of the thousands of people who use shakeology everyday to take charge of their health and fitness.

WEEKLY HEALTH TIP:

Dark Chocolate contains high amounts of antioxidants called flavonoids and has been shown to lower blood pressure and improve overall heart health.  But be careful, dark chocolate is high in calories and fat, which can lead to weight gain if you overdo it.

KEEP DOING YOUR BEST AND INSPIRING OTHERS TO DO THE SAME!!

And 2 favors that I ask:
1) If you like the hard work I put into writing my articles and videos, PLEASE help me out by sharing them. Click the share links below them and share them on FB, twitter, etc.  It really helps me get more exposure and grow TeamInternallyFit!
2) Also, remember that the way I benefit from being your coach is that I earn a commission from any Beachbody products that you purchase, as long as you buy them through my site, www.teaminternallyfit.com, (If you buy from the plain Beachbody site I get no credit). It helps with the amount of time I spend answering all your questions and helping you out. Thank you! I really appreciate it!
