Weekly Coach Check-In: February 5th, 2013

Hey TeamInternallyFit,

February is HERE and you should be well on your way to a new “YOU” for 2013.  Now that Super Sunday has passed and you’ve no doubt spent time at a Super Bowl Party or 2, how did you do?  Did you come out on top like the Ravens and win the battle of the “Super” food?  Or did you come up short like the 49’ers and miss the mark.  No worriers, unlike San Francisco you don’t have to wait until next year.  Start this week with a fresh commitment and get back on track ASAP, YOU deserve it!!!

Flash back with me to 3 years ago this month I was lazily sitting up late watching T.V. when an infomercial came on that I’ve seen 100’s of times, P90X.  Have you been surfing the channel and seen the P90x commercial or the recently released P90X 2 spot?  Maybe you’ve seen the Insanity commercial with Shaun T and his 60 day program to help you “Dig Dip” and get the body you’ve always wanted.  Perhaps you’ve just viewed the new Body Beast commercial and heard how it can add 10, maybe 20 lbs of muscle in just 90 days.

I remember laying there and wishing I could get in shape like the people of T.V.  Well, something I realized is that wishing wasn’t going to get me results.  So, the first week of March 2009 I finally bought P90X and it literally changed my life over night.  Since then I’ve completed almost every Beachbody workout they make and as I approach my 40th birthday I can truly say that I’m in the best shape of my life.  P90X was my gateway and that’s why I’m so passionate about all the products Beachbody provides.  They work if you’re willing to use them.

My question to you is this . . . What are YOU waiting for?

WEEKLY HEALTH TIP: Green and black teas contain anti-inflammatory antioxidants that are good for preventing and managing arthritis, memory problems, and cataracts.  Tea (unsweetened) is also helpful for keeping skin healthy and hydrated.
