Weekly Coach Check-In: February 19th, 2013

Hey TeamInternallyFit,

I hope all of you had a great Valentine’s Day with your significant other and didn’t let your guard down.  Hopefully you were able to stay on track and keep your goals in focus.  I know how tempting those little boxes of assorted chocolates can be or how great those giant heart shaped Reece’s butter cups are, but if you’ve made a commitment to get fit and get in shape, YOU need to step aside and make good choices.

It’s always easier to just give in “this one time” but that one time can turn into 2, 3 or even 4 times and the next thing you know you’re right back at day 1.  I know that’s not what you want?  People will make fun of you or laugh at you but in the end if you’ve stuck to your commitments you will be the one laughing in the end . . . and with great results to boast!!
