Weekly Coach Check-In: April 2nd, 2013
Hey TeamInternallyFit,

Hallelujah, it finally feels like spring!  I don’t know about your “neck of the woods” but since the start of spring it’s been cold and rainy around here.  I love the fact that now the days are longer and the weather is perfect for some outdoor activities with the family like biking, walking, softball, basketball or just playing in the yard.

If you started the New Year with a workout program, then you should have finished or finishing it right about now.  How did it go?  Did you push play every day?  Did you eat clean every day? Did you get the results you wanted? If you answered “no” to any of those, especially the last questions, checkout my article “Great Results” that I posted this week.  Keep plugging into and find the solutions to all of your health and fitness problems.  We are here to help.

I’m currently finishing Body Beast.  I have two weeks left and I’m kind of sad because I love the workouts.  So instead of going to another completely different workout I’m going to mix and match Body Beast with a few of the cardio workouts from Insanity, Asylum and P90X 2.  Check back for the details.

New Beachbody Promotions:

If you haven’t heard, last week Beachbody announced that Shaun T, yes the same Shaun T that created Insanity and the Asylum series is coming out with a new workout this Summer called “Focus T: 25”.  Workout 5 days a week (P90X 2 philosophy) for only 25 minutes . . . sounds easy doesn’t?  Here’s the catch . . . NO REST BREAKS, NO RECOVERY TIME, it’s 25 minutes of hardcore cardio.  You asked for shorter workouts . . . you got it!!!  

Speaking of Shaun T, Beachbody is dropping the price of the Insanity Challenge Pack from $205 to $180, that’s over $90 in saving if you were to buy these products separate.  So, if you’ve been thinking about trying Insanity or Shakeology, then now is the time.  Go to and click on Challenge Pack tab, then CP – Insanity and the discount will be taken at checkout.  Don’t hesitate summer is just around the corner.
