Hey TeamInternallyFit,

Well, it’s hard for me to believe . . . buts it’s my 39th Birthday!  Wow, how time flies.  I have to say that 39 is not what I imagined it to be only a few years ago thanks to Beachbody and Shakeology.  P90X and Shakeology changed my fitness, my health and my life and I’m glad to say 4 years later I’m going strong and feeling better than ever.  I can’t wait until the big 4 – 0, just so I can show everyone, it’s possible to be in great shape . . . at any age.
