Weekly Coach Check-In: July 16th, 2013
Hey TeamInternallyFit,

I can’t believe we’re over halfway through the month of July, WOW how time flies.  How are you using your time this summer?  Are you using it to stay healthy and fit or have you gotten “lazy” this summer?  I hope you’re still pushing play every day and focusing on your “WHY” because the long summer days of sun, vacations and other distractions sometimes overwhelm us and make us skip our workouts or pass on healthier options.  Remember persistence is the key, keep pushing play and make this your healthiest summer ever!!  It’s up to YOU!!

Speaking of focusing, have your tried Shaun T’s new workout Focus: T25?  I’ve been using these workouts for the past few weeks and I have to say I’m hooked.  I’ve sometimes doubled, even tripled these workouts!!!  I wouldn’t recommend this approach if you’re just getting started but it’s’ a great calorie burn (over 400 per workout), whether you do 1 for 25 minutes or decide to double up like me.  I’ve also, finished my review of the BETA phase of the T25 workouts.  The ALPHA phase workouts were tough, but BETA takes it “up a notch” and you’ll find yourself working out in a pool of your own sweat . . .
