Weekly Coaches Check In – October 16th

Hey TeamInternallyFit,

It’s been a great week.  I’m finishing up a recovery week from my P90X muscle building routine and tomorrow I will be starting Insanity: The Asylum for 30 days.  After that I will do another month of P90X and by then P90 X 2 should be on my door step.  If you haven’t seen P90X 2 go to my website TeamInternallyfit.com and checkout all of the info and videos.  ‎For your information, 46,000 P90X2 Pre-orders already in first month. Compare that to 10K Pre-orders in first month of both Turbo Fire and Asylum.  X2 is gonna be HUGE!  The CEO of Beachbody Carl Daikeler said many elite pro athletes are also asking him how to get on board with X2, which BB will use for exposure and promotion once it comes out. Future is bright!

I have some news on the new Shakeology flavor, Tropical.  It is currently in longevity testing and should be ready for a January 2012 release.  I also found out that it will be vegan.  There is also a new workout coming to Beachbody in December – Les Mills Pump (based on the world wide hit gym class Body Pump) will come with barbell and weights and 7 DVD’s.

New onTeamInternallyFit.com this week:

1.) Monica P’s Transformation – Checkout the video of this busy mom who conquered P90X and got in the best shape of her life.

2.) The Best Fitness Foods – What foods should you be eating to get maximum results with your workouts.  Checkout this post to find out.

3.) 9 Foods Not to Give Your Kids – As a father of 2 young girls, I wrote this article to let moms and dads know the kinds of foods that our children should never eat – Read why.

4.) How Do Skinny People Do It? – I reveal the secrets to how some people always seem to keep the weight off.

5.) Reasons to become a Beachbody Coach – I tell why I became a Beachbody coach and the top reasons why others should also.

6.) Sick vs. Working out – A must read if you have ever wonders about if you should workout while you are sick.  The answer may be surprising.

Weekly Health Tip:

Kiwi is a tropical fruit that is a good source of vitamins C and E, antioxidants that help prevent and manage arthritis, cataracts, and macular degeneration, as well as maintain healthy hair and skin.  Kiwi is a high-quality carbohydrate made up of mostly water, making it a good addition to a weight-loss plan.  Also, its high content of vitamin C helps prevent and reduce the symptoms of a cold.

KEEP DOING YOUR BEST AND INSPIRING OTHERS TO DO THE SAME!!

And 2 favors that I ask:

1) If you like the hard work I put into writing my articles and videos, PLEASE help me out by sharing them. Click the share links below them and share them on FB, twitter, etc.  It really helps me get
more exposure and grow TeamInternallyFit!

2) Also, remember that the way I benefit from being your coach is that I earn a commission from any Beachbody products that you purchase, as long as you buy them through my site, www.teaminternallyfit.com, (If you buy from the plain Beachbody site I get no credit). It helps with the amount of time I spend answering all your questions and helping you out. Thank you! I really
appreciate it!
