Weekly Coach Check-In: May 28th, 2013
Hey TeamInternallyFit,

Hope you had a great Memorial Day Weekend and didn’t over indulge in the traditional foods for a holiday weekend.  It’s hard, I know, but just remember 1 cheat meal can take up to 3 workouts to erase, OUCH!!  Keep focused on your results and nothing can stand in your way to getting the body that you’ve always wanted, remember summer is less than a month away!!!

This week Beachbody introduced two new Challenge Packs!  The Body Beast Challenge Pack with Shakeology and Leandro’s new “Booty Bundle”.

Body Beast Challenge Pack w/Shakeology® $180 – Many of you have been asking when a Body Beast®Challenge Pack WITH SHAKEOLOGY would be released—and that moment has come. You can now get Body Beast® Challenge Pack, complete with Shakeology®!

Leandro’s “Booty Bundle” $205 – is a fantastic new Challenge Pack that combines both Brazil Butt Lift® AND BBL Master Series into one pack. The total program length is now 90 DAYS, and it’s the perfect opportunity to carry you all the way through summer!

New on this week:

1.) Measuring Body Fat – Keeping track of your body fat % is a great indicator of overall health and fitness.  Find out how to measure yours and what your body fat % should be.

2.) Beachbody Challenge – Looking for a complete workout program to give you maximum results in the shortest amount of time?  Checkout one of Beachbody’s Challenge packs.  Each of the packs comes with a workout program of your choice; nutrition guide, monthly supply of shakeology and 30 FREE Trial for BB’s SuperGym (think facebook for workout people).

3.) Where Diets Go Wrong – Have you tried to change your eating habits only keep gaining weight or realize you’re not getting the results you want.  Find out what you’re doing wrong and how to make small changes to get your weight loss going.

WEEKLY HEALTH TIP: Frozen yogurt is a perfectly delicious occasional treat, but enjoy it in moderation to keep weight in check.  Frozen yogurt typically has less saturated fat that regular ice cream so it’s a more heart-healthy treat.  Frozen yogurt, as well as light ice cream, provides calcium to help keep bones strong and reduce blood pressure.

And 2 favors that I ask:
1) If you like the hard work I put into writing my articles and videos, PLEASE help me out by sharing them. Click the share links below them and share them on FB, twitter, etc.  It really helps me get more exposure and grow TeamInternallyFit!
2) Also, remember that the way I benefit from being your coach is that I earn a commission from any Beachbody products that you purchase, as long as you buy them through my site,, (If you buy from the plain Beachbody site I get no credit). It helps with the amount of time I spend answering all your questions and helping you out. Thank you! I really appreciate it!
