Weekly Coach Check-In: November 27th

Hey TeamInternallyFit,

I hope everyone survived the Thanksgiving holidays and stayed on track with your health and fitness goals.  If you did, congratulations because I know how hard it is to keep focused with all that food available.  At my mom’s house alone we had over 10 different kinds of desserts!!  If you didn’t, then make sure you regroup, get plugged into TeamInternallyFit and get back the commitment you made to your new lifestyle.  I will have to say that this is probably the first Thanksgiving ever that I did not gain weight and feel terrible afterwards.  I don’t feel like I missed anything.

If you are thinking about starting a new workout or losing weight but have decided to wait till the New Year, DON’T!  The average American will put on 1 to 10 lbs between now and New Years.  It’s not worth it.  On my site I’ve got several workouts that would be great for anybody, any age.  These workouts range from cardio to weight training and will help you fight the holiday flab!! LOL.  On my site I also have supplements like
Shakeology and the P90X Results and Recovery drink that will make it easier to get the body you’ve always wanted.  So, don’t delay and get started today and when the New Year rings in you’ll already be well on your way to a new life and a new body.

I was informed yesterday that this is the last week to pre-order P90X 2 and get it before Christmas.  Stop by, click on programs, then P90X 2 to pre-order.  I have plenty of preview videos to watch.  Also remember that Les Miles: Pumped is scheduled for release in December and the new Shakeology Tropical will arrive sometime in January.

3.) Happy Thanksgiving – I wanted to share with TeamInternallyFit some of my favorite verses about giving thanks to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

4.) Live to Eat or Eat to Live – Do you live to eat whatever you want?  Are you happiest when you are stuffing incredible amounts of food down your throat?  Or do you eat to stay healthy, fight disease, sickness and fuel your body to make everyday your BEST.

Weekly Health Tip:

Whole-grain cereals are made with intact grains and provide more natural fiber than refined cereals.  A high-fiber diet is beneficial for weight loss and reduces the risk of heart disease and type 2 diabetes.  Always look for 100% whole grain and not multi-grain.  Checkout my article on whole grain vs. multi- grain on
