Weekly Coaches Check-in – September 25th

Hey TeamInternallyFit, How is it going this week?  Remember if you are struggling with your commitment to a healthier lifestyle, then plug in to, the WOWY Super gym, my face book page or contact me for specific help and motivation.  That’s what I’m here for.

I would also like to encourage anybody, it can be you or someone you know to submit a weight loss success story that I can put on my website.  There is no better way to motivate others than to let them see someone else be successful.  I know several of you have been doing P90X or Insanity for awhile and I would love to hear about the results you’ve gotten and share it with others.

I also wanted to share with you that I am hoping to watch a documentary this week it’s called “Forks over Knives” and shares the research by two doctors/surgeons who are promoting a plant based diet over our traditional All-American meat and potato’s diet.  After I watch it I will put my review on  Until then, checkout the trailer for “Forks over Knives” on Youtube.

 New on TeamInternallyFit this week:

1.) Why workout at Home? – I give my 10 reasons for choosing a home based workout program like P90X, Insanity, etc.

2.) P90X Preview – X2 Ab Ripper, this is a preview video of the new ab ripper in P90X 2.

3.) Chocolate Peanut butter Oatmeal – I found this recipe in the Thin Kitchen recipe book I received as a free gift for becoming a Club member.  It has tons of easy to make, healthy recipes anyone will enjoy.

4.) 4 Diet Pit falls and how to avoid them – Great article written by Shaun T (creator of Insanity) on common diet mistakes with solutions on how to avoid them.

5.) Shakeology in O magazine – Back in the April edition of O magazine (Oprah Winfrey) there was an extensive article written about shakeology, its benefits and its creator Darin Olean.

6.) Fight Cancer and Lose weight – Another wonderful article suggesting a proper diet can not only help you lose weight but fight cancer in the process.  A must read.

Weekly Health Tip:

Raspberries are composed of more than 85% water along with a hefty dose of fiber, which makes them a great fruit to eat if you’re trying to lose weight, lower cholesterol, or manage type 2 diabetes.  They are also full of antioxidants, including vitamin C and anthocyanins, which can help with arthritis, age-related memory loss, cataracts and other eyesight problems, and maintaining healthy skin and

And 2 favors that I ask:

1) If you like the hard work I put into writing my articles and videos, PLEASE help me out by sharing them. Click the share links below them and share them on FB, twitter, etc.  It really helps me get more exposure and grow TeamInternallyFit!

2) Also, remember that the way I benefit from being your coach is that I earn a commission from any Beachbody products that you purchase, as long as you buy them through my site,, (If you buy from the plain Beachbody site I get no credit). It helps with the amount of time I spend answering all your questions and helping you out. Thank you! I really
appreciate it!
