Weekly Coaches Check-in – September 18th

Hey TeamInternallyFit, I hope everyone is having a great   week and enjoying the beautiful weather outside.  Fall is one of my favorite times of   year.  Football,  cooler weather, time to enjoy outside   activities like biking with my kids, running, going to the park, eating outside   . . . well you get the picture.

Make sure you take advantage of this outside weather,   because we all know that in just a few short weeks winter will be here and we   all start staying inside more to “hibernate”.    Don’t let that get you down, keep focusing on your health and don’t take   a “Fall Break” and slack on your comments to yourself and your health.

Just remember if you need anything you can contact me   through face book, email or my website and I will respond in 24 hours or   less.  I’m here to motivate you, give   advice or just answer any questions that you might have.

Weekly health tip:

Turmeric – is a  mustard yellow spice with anti-inflammatory properties that may help prevent  and treat arthritis, memory loss and cancer.   I like to add it to my eggs along with black pepper and garlic powder.
