Weekly Coach Check-In: May 6th, 2014

Hey TeamInternallyFit,

How is everyone doing this week?  Are you doing what’s necessary to reach your health and fitness goals?  Are you pushing play each day?  Are you tracking your nutrition and eating your correct macros for carbs, fats, and proteins?  Are you trusting the system or trying to do it on your own?  Remember; take of look at those of us that have followed the Beachbody system, our results speak for themselves.  Don’t cheat yourself; summer is less than 50 days away.  You deserve to have the best body and be in the best shape of your life, you just have to be willing to work for it. New on this week:

1.) Healthy Lunch Options – If you’re like me, lunch was always the hardest meal to eat healthy.  This is probably because I usually eat lunch at work and away from home.  Here is a list of some easy and healthy lunch options for anyone.

2.) May Discounts – It’s a new month and Beachbody’s got some incredible discounts on some of its favorite Challenge Pack workouts, Turbo Fire and P90X 3.  Go to and check them out.

3.) Fast Food vs. Healthy Food – “Healthy food is just too expensive”, really?  There are many healthy options that on the surface may cost more but in the long term will save you thousands.  Checkout why healthy food is not as expensive as you thought.

4.) Motivation Monday!! – Monday’s are about a new, fresh start.  They’re not about complaining or making excuses so get up and get moving . . . its Monday!!!
