Weekly Coach Check-In: February 4th, 2014

Hey TeamInternallyFit,

How is your week going so far?  Did you watch the Super Bowl on Sunday?  Not much of a game but I still got to spend some “quality” time with my kids.  Did you attend a Super Bowl party?  If you did, were you able to maintain your food integrity and say “NO” to the junk food?  If you were like the 1.5 billion people that supposedly watched the Super Bowl you probably caved.  That’s o.k. we all stumble, but this is the first week of February and you still have a few weeks before Valentine’s Day to get back on track.

This has been a HUGE couple of days for Beachbody’s newest trainer, Autumn Calabrese.  Her new workout came out yesterday and sold out in 24 hours.  That’s right, SOLD OUT in 24 hours!!  So, if you were looking to grab a copy and waited, then you’ll probably be placed on a waiting list and the workout will not be available until early March.  However, I was told that the Challenge Pack was still available.

New on this week:

1.)  21 Day Fix – Beachbody’s newest trainer Autumn Calabrese has put together a 21 day workout that combines, simple eating, simple exercise and fast results.  Don’t wait, order your copy today at and click on programs.

2.) Do It Anyway – Don’t be a New Year’s casualty this year and be one of the many that never take their resolutions past early February.  Keep focused, keep motivated and remember why you started.

3.) Vegan Burrito – Checkout this recipe that I found in Tony Horton’s book “Bring It”.  It’s easy to make and is loaded with healthy carbs and fats.  Be sure to read about my own personal ingredients.

4.) Motivation Monday!!! – The day after the Super Bowl you’re going to need a little “pick me up.”  If you’re a Seahawk fan shake off the late night partying or if you’re a Denver fan stop feeling sorry for yourself and let’s get moving!!!!!

WEEKLY HEALTH TIP:  Walnuts are an abundant source of omega 3 (fatty acids) and with a high antioxidant content, walnuts offer cardiovascular protection as well as a number of anti-inflammatory benefits.  Studies show that eating a few walnuts before a meal can decrease your appetite and may help you eat less.

And 2 favors that I ask:
1) If you like the hard work I put into writing my articles and videos, PLEASE help me out by sharing them. Click the share links below them and share them on FB, twitter, etc.  It really helps me get more exposure and grow TeamInternallyFit!
2) Also, remember that the way I benefit from being your coach is that I earn a commission from any Beachbody products that you purchase, as long as you buy them through my site,, (If you buy from the plain Beachbody site I get no credit). It helps with the amount of time I spend answering all your questions and helping you out. Thank you! I really appreciate it!
