Weekly Coach Check-In: April 14th, 2014

Hey TeamInternallyFit,

How’s your week going?  Has it been a struggle or have you been locked into your nutrition and workouts?  I’ve started my 2nd week of Body Beast using the lean cycle and I have to say I’m having a better week than last week.  On the 1st week of Body Beast I was sore from head to toe and found myself dreading some of the upcoming workouts.  However, I pushed through and most of my soreness is gone now.  This is another reason I love Beachbody workouts, no matter what workout I do before the other, no matter how hard I pushed myself, when I change programs the soreness keeps coming back.

Are you getting ready for summer?  Beachbody is offering 3 Summer Slim down Challenge Packs at a discounted price.  Remember ALL Challenge Packs include the workout program, nutrition guide, 30 Day supply of Shakeology and 30 Day Free trial membership in the Team Beachbody Club.  Here are the Challenge Packs available this month.

1.) Focus T25 – the Focus T25 Challenge Pack will be available for $180 (Regular $205).  That’s over a $95 savings if you were to buy these separately.  Checkout my review of T25 at

2.) Brazil Butt Lift – The BBL Challenge Pack will be available for $140 (Regular $160).  That’s a $70 savings if you bought these products separately.

3.) The Ultimate Reset – The UR Challenge Pack will be available for $275 (Regular $305).  This UR Challenge Pack also includes discounts on the complete kit, Refill kit and dual kit.

Starting April 8th the beloved Power 90® is on sale for $39.95 – that’s 33% off!  Get yours in the store.

Got questions about Power 90? Here’s some background info:

3.) Foods That Make You Fat – Find out what foods can help you lose weight and which foods that are actually making you FAT!!

4.) Motivation Monday!! – Monday is a great day to start improving your health and fitness.  Why not start today with these motivational messages.

WEEKLY HEALTH TIP: Beef, naturally raised (grass feed) is a low calorie alternative to grain fed beef and filled with many nutrients that promote better health.  Just 3 oz. of beef provides loads of muscle-building protein along with a healthy dose of zinc, a nutrient that promotes a healthy immune system.  Grass feed beef is low in “bad” fats, as well as high in omega 3 fatty acid that improves the flow of blood to the muscles during exercise and helps stimulate enzymes that promote the burning of fat for energy.

And 2 favors that I ask:
1) If you like the hard work I put into writing my articles and videos, PLEASE help me out by sharing them. Click the share links below them and share them on FB, twitter, etc.  It really helps me get more exposure and grow TeamInternallyFit!
2) Also, remember that the way I benefit from being your coach is that I earn a commission from any Beachbody products that you purchase, as long as you buy them through my site,, (If you buy from the plain Beachbody site I get no credit). It helps with the amount of time I spend answering all your questions and helping you out. Thank you! I really appreciate it!
