Weekly Coach Check-In: April 22nd, 2014

Hey TeamInternallyFit,

What’s your favorite protein bar?  What’s your favorite workout program?  How much weight have you lost since starting your health and fitness journey?  What’s your least favorite workout program?  Do you lift in the morning, mid – day or at night?  What’s your favorite fitness quote?  These are just a few of the questions that I will be posting on a new weekly pole on my website  If you haven’t been by in awhile come check it out, I’d love to hear from you and get you opinions, suggestions, likes and dislikes.
