Hey TeamInternallyFit,

What inspires you?  Sunday was Mother’s Day, maybe it’s your mom . . .  dad?  Is it others accomplishments?  Is it seeing others improve, succeed or overcome?  I’m inspired by seeing others who once struggled and through perseverance and dedication they’ve overcome their imperfections.  I love to read success stories and learn how others have reached their goals; I love to see the smiles on their faces or hear the joy in their voices.  How about you?  Are you going to be the next success story or are you going to be the one that lets your struggles control you.  Take charge, take action . . . New on this week:

1.) Hydrate – Anyone taking part in intense activities during the hot summer months realizes the importance of hydrating the body.  However, we need to stay hydrated all year long, not just during the summer months.  Read to find out different ways to properly hydrate the body.
