Weekly Coach Check-In: May 27th, 2014

Hey TeamInternallyFit,

Confession time, did you survive the Memorial Day Weekend feeding frenzy?  If you did, great you’re one step closer to you fitness goal.  If you didn’t, don’t sweat it, you’ve taken a step back, but keep pushing play and refocus on your nutrition and in just a few days you’ll be back better than ever.

Remember, this is one of those times when people start to fade because of a bad meal, a bad day or a bad weekend falling back into their old eating routine.  You have to remember your “WHY”, that’s the reason(s) you started in the first place and realize a few days of bad eating can’t erase all of your hard work.
