Weekly Coach Check-In: June 3rd, 2014

Hey TeamInternallyFit,

Wow!  My wife and I had a great time on our vacation last week (without the kids) in Destin Florida.  My daily routine consisted of getting up at 4:30 A.M., driving to a local gym, working out, sitting on the beach having a devotion and then lounging in a chair beach side all day.  Wouldn’t it be great if you could do that every day, workout and then just sit on the beach for the entire day . . . no worries?  Unfortunately that’s not reality; reality is that we have busy schedules, routines and responsibilities that require our best.  But remember we can only give our best if we are in good health both physically and mentally, that’s why on vacation I maintained my eating routine, as well as my exercise routine.  I felt better than ever!!!
