Weekly Coach Check-In: July 15th, 2014

Hey TeamInternallyFit,

Wow, what a great week! Sorry the newsletter is late but I was spending the week with my oldest daughter at church camp and other than a weak phone signal I was without Internet most of the time. Anyway, how has your week been? Have you challenged yourself this week to improve or were you just satisfied to be the same? Don’t stop looking for ways to improve even if you have reached all of your initial goals, you can always to better.

I’ve got some awesome news!! I’m starting a Beachbody Challenge Group starting Monday August 4th. Here’s the deal, the challenge requires a few commitments.
