Weekly Coach Check-In: September 23rd, 2014

Hey TeamInternallyFit,

Today is the first day of autumn and I hope you’re not thinking about putting on your winter coat just yet. People tend to nail their workouts and nutrition plan but fall off the wagon as the temperature starts to cool. Keep your focus, remember your “why” that got you started in the first place. Think about all the hard work you’ve put in this summer and slacking off will diminish all of your progress.

Man, have I got some exciting news! This week Beachbody announced, not one . . . not two . . . but three new workouts coming in the next 5 months. Here’s the rundown.

P90 – (Today!!) This is a remake of the original Power90, the precursor for P90X. Tony Horton has called it the workout for everyone. It still has the same intensity as the X workouts but with a modifier and simplified meal plan.








Insanity Max 30 – (December 2014) These workouts were created for 1 purpose, to max you out. Thought Insanity was tough? Now’s there’s Insanity Max 30, when you can’t take it any more you stop write your number down and then keep going. The idea is for you to increase that number every time you workout.








21 Day Fix Extreme – (February 2015) This is Autumn’s 2nd Beachbody workout. Extreme applies even more intensity, more resistance and more results than 21 Day Fix

WEEKLY HEALTH TIP: Goji berries are today’s latest health food craze, and with good reason. Goji berries are full of beneficial nutrients, are rich in powerful antioxidants and even contain more vitamin C than some varieties of oranges.
