Weekly Coach Check-In: September 30th, 2014

Hey TeamInternallyFit,

Are you crushing it this week? Have you stuck to your nutrition plan and nailed your macros everyday? To reach your goals you have to have a plan and then take the steps to accomplish those goals. One of my favorite quotes sums up how most people feel about getting healthy and fit, “Your willingness to be the same is greater than you willingness to chance.” People are afraid of what they will have to give up, the time it will take or the money it will cost them. What they don’t realize is that what they have to give up they won’t miss, it doesn’t take a lot of time and you can save thousands being healthy. You have the ability to change, congratulations if you’ve stuck with it.

Right now I’m starting a new Fitness Challenge Group. Are you in one of our Challenge Groups? Why not? If you’ve struggled with lack of motivation or lack of support, then this is where you need to be. It’s a new month and you know what that means Beachbody has a workout on discount. This month it’s the 21-Day Fix Challenge Pack. Its time for simple eating, simple fitness and fast results only $140 for the month of September.

  • Monday Motivation – Ah, a fresh start, the start of a new workout week. What motivates you to start your Monday?

 WEEKLY HEALTH TIP: The grapefruit is a tangy and tart citrus fruit with bright pink flesh. This fruit contains almost your entire suggested daily intake of vitamin C. The grapefruit is also a well-known cold and flu fighter. Its high vitamin C content can strengthen the immune system and help ward off viruses.
