Weekly Coach Check-In: October 21st, 2014

Hey TeamInternallyFit,

Fall is in full swing, are you ready to keep making progress? Or are you going to find yourself like so many others who take 2 steps forward in the spring and summer only to take 2 steps back in the fall and winter. You know your past tendencies, If the fall/winter slacking is something you struggle with, I challenge you to plug in with my Healthy for the Holiday’s Fitness challenge and keep pushing play!  The support will give you the incentive, motivation, and accountability to keep the pedal to the metal.

One thing I’ve learned over and over again in life is the simple lesson of CONSISTENCY.  It applies to fitness, nutrition, finances, relationships, work, school …. EVERYTHING!!  The Law of Consistency is simply this = small, smart choices made DAILY, which don’t seem to have much effect, compounded over time will lead to HUGE payoffs.
