Weekly Coach Check-In: September 2nd, 2014

Hey TeamInternallyFit,

How was your Labor Day weekend? Did you get the day off or did you have to work? Did you get to spend the weekend like I did watching movies and the start of college football?

As summer rolls into fall, most people have a tendency to slow down, skip workouts and get into their football season eating mode. It’s easy to slip this time a year as the temperatures start to cool, it becomes easier to cover ourselves in cloths and not notice the fact that we are putting on a winter coat (extra weight). If you’ve been at it awhile then hopefully you’ve got a good routine down by now and slipping want be a problem for you, but be careful because any of us can fall it we allow doubt and fear to creep in.

If you’re new to Beachbody and healthy eating, staying focused will be harder, but not impossible. Keep plugging into or join one of our Fitness Challenge Groups (more info below) to keep you focused, motivated and accountable through the final months of the year. START PLANNING NOW!!!!!
