Weekly Coach Check-In: September 9th, 2014

Hey TeamInternallyFit,

Better late than never, lol. This week’s check in comes a little late, I know. Just like you I am extremely busy, running a successful Beachbody business, full time teaching job, coaching both of my daughters softball and basketball teams and all the other stuff that goes along with being a parent. The key is to keep going, keep working everything into your schedule and enjoy the journey.

How do you handle a busy schedule? Here are some time saving tips I’ve used that have helped me “squeeze” everything in.

  • Have a schedule – keeping a daily schedule and having a daily routine is key to get everything done.
  • Prioritize – When you really step back and look at your day you’ll ultimately realize that some of your activities can be eliminated and you won’t miss a thing.
  • Set a timer – Set a time that you can spend on things such as, T.V., social media, etc. I’ve done it consistently for years and it helps me from wasting too much time on 1 activity.
  • Turn off the T.V. – The shows that you feel like you can’t miss now, you won’t miss in just a few weeks. You’ll be amazed and what you can get done in a day without watching T.V.
