Weekly Coach Check-In: December 2nd, 2014

Hey TeamInternallyFit,

Well, Thanksgiving has come and gone, did you survive?  Did you “½ it up” or did you eat until you were sick.  I’m proud to say I enjoyed myself, ate a little bit of everything, including dessert, but I was able to stop when I was full.  If you did the same, that’s awesome I know how proud you are, if you didn’t . . . well don’t sweat it, one bad meal or one bad day should not define who you have become or destroy the progress you’ve made.  The key is to keep it to only 1 meal or 1 day and allow your healthy habits to overcome your old, unhealthy one’s.

BIG NEWS!!!  Today is the release of Insanity:Max 30, Shaun T’s newest HIIT workout.  I’ll be ordering mine this week and writing a review as soon as I get a chance to go through the workouts. WEEKLY HEALTH TIP:  Lentils have been part of the human diet since Neolithic times, vitamin and mineral packed lentils offer an array of health benefits, including a high iron content.  In fact, lentils are one of the best vegetable sources of iron, making them an excellent choice for those prescribing to a vegetarian or vegan lifestyle, since this mineral is often lacking in vegetarian diets.
