Weekly Coach Check-In: December 9th, 2014

Hey TeamInternallyFit,

I’m excited this week.  Why?  I just received my copy of Insanity Max:30, Shaun T’s newest program.  I got a chance to test run some of the workouts and the best way I can describe it is that it’s the hardest workout I’ve done since the original Insanity.  The good new, anyone can do it because Beachbody has added the option of putting an on-screen modifier.  By doing so, you know have the option of splitting the screen where the modifier is always visible and no guessing on what they may be doing.  It’s a great feature and one that I hope Beachbody implements with all their future releases.  Keep checking back, I’ll be posting a full review soon.

  2. It’s My Metabolism – Let’s separate fact from fiction and find out what role your metabolism plays in you fat loss journey.  Do you have a fat or slow metabolism and what can you do to help it function more efficiently.
  3. Shopping 101 – Have you ever found it difficult to know exactly what to shop for?  Ever have difficulty understanding or even reading food labels?  This article is for you.
  4. Monday Motivation – As the Christmas approaches it’s important that you prepare yourself for the battle.  It starts today.

WEEKLY HEALTH TIP: Lima beans are filled with soluble fiber, iron, magnesium and folate.  These legumes add taste and texture along with nutrition.  One study has suggested that if Americans consumed 100 percent of the recommended daily intake of folate, the number of heart attacks suffered would drop as much as 10 percent.
