Weekly Coach Check-In: May 27th, 2015

Hey Team Internally Fit,

Well Summer is upon us, are you ready for the beach, your family vacation or just showing off all your hard work this winter?  Maybe you’re not interested in ripped abs or showing off your new bikini, but you’re proud of the improvements you made this winter and spring with improving your health and fitness.  Whatever your goals are, did you meet them, surpass them or did you miss the mark?  Just remember your goals aren’t someone else’s goals.  Write your goals down, consistently pursue them and the results will follow.

Big News from Beachbody this week, first Shaun T will be launching a new workout in July called Cize.  This is primarily a dance based workout program that turns simple dance moves into a workout.  Think Rockin Body meets Hip Hop Abs.  This is not my type of workout but I know many of you will love it!

Also announced this week is a new line of fitness products from Beachbody called Beachbody Performance.  This is a new line of 5 proven supplements: Here are 5 unique formulas—Energize (Pre-workout), Hydrate (During workout), Recover (Post workout), Recharge (night time), and Creatine—that can be used alone or easily customized depending on your fitness goals or needs.

WEEKLY HEALTH TIP: Peppers, although treated as a vegetables, sweet peppers are actually a fruit.  They are filled with antioxidants and bursting with flavor.  The nutrients in peppers help to prevent cancer, diseases related to aging and they boost your immune system.  They can also reduce inflammation for those who  suffer from arthritis and asthma.
