Weekly Coach Check-In: June 15th, 2015

Hey Team Internally Fit,

Happy Friday!  (I know, I’m a little late, LOL)  Man I’m glad it’s the weekend.  Do you guys enjoy your weekends as much as I do.  What are your typical weekend plans?  Do you like to eat out?  Do you workout on the weekends or is it just 2 days of being lazy?

Make sure whatever you do, stay on track with your nutrition plan and workout program.  If it says you have a workout on Friday, Saturday or Sunday . . . don’t skip it!  Remember your why and the goals you set for yourself don’t let the weekend derail those goals.  Plan ahead and make sure you can stay on track, even on the weekend.

Remember: (1) Shaun T will be launching a new workout in July called Cize.  This is primarily a dance based workout program that turns simple dance moves into a workout.  Think Rockin Body meets Hip Hop Abs.  This is not my type of workout but I know many of you will love it!
