Hey TeamInternallyFit,

I’m having a great week of workouts and healthy eating, how about you?  Summer is just around the corner and there is not much time left to get “beach” ready, so refocus, remember your “why” everyday and make sure you’re getting the most out of your workouts.  Speaking of workouts I wanted to show you a preview view of Shaun T’s new workout “Focus: T25”.  In the video you will get a preview of some of the workouts and a look and the results that the test group got after completing the program.  This workout should be available around mid to late June.

New on this week:

1.) Struggling? – Let’s face it, we’ve all struggled.  Perhaps it was the workout or keeping up with the nutrition; we’ve all had our ups and downs.  Read to find out how to deal with our struggles and turn them into successes.

2.) 9 Foods Not to Give Your Kids – Our children have grown up in a fast food society eating junk food and drinking sodas on a regular basis.  Find out why your child should be avoiding certain foods to help him/her get health.

3.) Starvation Mode – Have you ever tried to starve yourself to lose weight or stay hungry the entire time you’re trying to lose weight?  Find out how you can eat normal meals, feel full longer and lose weight in the process.
