Weekly Coach Check-In: July 23rd, 2013
Hey TeamInternallyFit,

How’s your week been, slow, fast, too busy or laid back?  Mine has been a little bit of “all of the above.”  I spent 3 days with my daughter at a Kid’s Kamp where there was no internet (barely a signal on my phone), no gym and every single minute scheduled from sun up to sun down.  As soon as we got back I repacked and head off for a quick, two day vacation with my family.  I’m proud to say I kept up with my workouts, even completing one in the woods, which was awesome by the way.
