Weekly Coach Check-In: September 17th, 2013
Hey TeamInternallyFit,

How has your nutrition and workouts been going this week?  Are you feeling lazy now that the temperatures have cooled off and Fall is just around the corner?  Do you feel like slacking off because you can cover up with thicker, warmer clothing if you put on a few pounds?  If you are, it’s time to get back on track, it’s time to refocus and challenge yourself to step up and hit your daily goals.

I’ve know too many people, myself included (pre-P90X) who decide to slack off when Fall rolls around with the intention of “burning” it off in the Spring and Summer.  Why live like that, you’ll be miserable, unhappy not to mention out of shape.  If you want to shift your focus, I’m all for that, changing things up and adding variety can lead to greater success.

Here are a couple of suggestions, how about using the Fall and Winter months to build mass and muscle with less of an emphasis on “cutting”.  Then, in the Spring and Summer months you can focus on cardio type workouts while mixing in some resistance movements.

Are you ready to dance away the fat?  Beachbody’s turning up the volume and bumping the beats with a Dance Party Challenge Pack, featuring Hip Hop Abs® and Rockin’ Body® for $140. That saves you $50 and guarantees one seriously entertaining work out.

If you think Insanity or the Asylum workouts are too intense, then these are the workouts for you.  Hip Hop Abs focuses on cardio moves that specifically target the mid section, while Rockin Body is an all out dance party for those that like to get their hard rate pumping with the latest dance moves.

Checkout the deal on my website because it only available for the month of September.

WEEKLY HEALTH TIP: Ginger, known for its zesty and refreshing taste is also able to alleviate intestinal disorders: it also contains antioxidants that act as anti-inflammatory medicine and immune boosting action that can help prevent infection.  Ginger is said to effectively lower cholesterol, increase metabolism and improve gastric mobility.  These effects are a result of the vitamins and minerals that ginger boasts.

And 2 favors that I ask:
1) If you like the hard work I put into writing my articles and videos, PLEASE help me out by sharing them. Click the share links below them and share them on FB, twitter, etc.  It really helps me get more exposure and grow TeamInternallyFit!
2) Also, remember that the way I benefit from being your coach is that I earn a commission from any Beachbody products that you purchase, as long as you buy them through my site,, (If you buy from the plain Beachbody site I get no credit). It helps with the amount of time I spend answering all your questions and helping you out. Thank you! I really appreciate it!
