Weekly Coach Check-In: September 24th, 2013
Hey TeamInternallyFit,

Hope you are having an incredible week, pushing play and eating clean every day.  This is the time of year that many will slack off until after holidays are over . . . don’t let it happen to you.  Stay focused, stay motivated and most important stay healthy.  If I didn’t stay focused 12 months of the year I’d still be that 250 lb, out of shape, unhealthy guy.

The BIG, BIG news announced this week by Beachbody is the coming release of P90X 3!!!  Here are the details so far:

1.) Scheduled release date is December 10th

2.) The program will be 90 Days long and broken down into 3 phases.

3.) The program will come with 21 workouts!!!

4.) All workouts will be 30 minutes long.

5.) The workouts range from lifting, core, cardio, yoga, plyo and MMX style.

6.) This is not a graduate program, requiring you to complete P90X or P90X 2.  This workout is designed for people who want the X and X2 experience in a 30 minute package.


Also, don’t forget this is the last week to purchase the September Challenge pack.  Beachbody’s turning up the volume and bumping the beats with a Dance Party Challenge Pack, featuring Hip Hop Abs® and Rockin’ Body® for $140. That saves you $50 and guarantees one seriously entertaining work out.

If you think Insanity or the Asylum workouts are too intense, then these are the workouts for you.  Hip Hop Abs focuses on cardio moves that specifically target the mid section, while Rockin Body is an all out dance party for those that like to get their hard rate pumping with the latest dance moves.

1.) Food Addiction – Why are people so addicted to food?  When you think addiction, drugs and alcohol usually come to mind.  However, America has a food problem, how do you know it you have it and what can you do to stop it?

2.) Sick?: Foods that fight cold and flu – Cold and flu season is just around the corner, see what steps you can take to make sure that you stay healthy and fit during the winter months.

3.) Create your “to do” list – Writing down your goals and what you would like to achieve each day will go a long way in helping you do more than you thought possible.

4.) Motivation Monday!!! – It’s Monday, time for the start of a great week.  Come checkout my weekly motivation tips to get your weekend started off right. 

WEEKLY HEALTH TIP: Goji berries are full of beneficial nutrients, are rich in powerful antioxidants and even contain more vitamin C than some varieties of oranges.  Goji berries are low on the glycemic index.  Foods low on the glycemic index convert to blood sugar more slowly than foods high on the index. Thus, leaving you full longer and less likely to binge on sugary, unhealthy foods.
