Weekly Coach Check-In: October 8th, 2013
Hey TeamInternallyFit,

How has everyone’s week been?  Mine has been great!!  I’ve spent the last week with my family in Destin, Florida being a beach bum.  My wife and kids are more of the beach types, it’s great to watch my daughters play on the beach but I don’t like to spend all day on the beach like they do, I would rather be sightseeing myself, but it was fun.

One of the first things I checked on when I got here was the condo gym was and let’s just say, it’s not up to standard.  So, I began to look for alternatives, finally I found Gold’s Gym about 8 minutes from my condo.  It’s kind of nice to workout in a gym again, but every morning when I went to work out I’m reminded why I love working out at home.  I’m actually writing an article for my blog about my gym experience for next week, so be sure to check it out.
