Weekly Coach Check-In: October 22th, 2013
Hey TeamInternallyFit,

Well, the seasons are definitely changing as the mornings are cool and cold.  This is a plus for me working out in the morning because it takes less time to cool down since my houses tends to be much cooler this time of the year. 

How about your eating habits or your waist line are those changing with the seasons?  It’s no secret that this time of year the temptation is to slack off and stuff your face with Halloween candy, Thanksgiving dinner and Christmas desserts.  How do you plan on fighting this temptation?  What are you going to do when, for the next three months, you are faced with the decision to give in and be like everybody else or to just say “no, thanks” and be proud of your accomplishments over the past year.  There is no doubt it’s going to be tough these next few weeks, but that’s why we work together and help hold each other accountable so we can make it through the “Eating Season”.

Here are 3 easy steps to help you survive:

1.) Stay connected to (also, through facebook or twitter)

2.) Have a plan of attack.  Don’t just hope you can handle the holiday season, but make a plan so that you have no choice but to be successful.

3.) Find accountability through your wife, kids, family, co-workers, etc.  Remember there is strength in numbers.
