Weekly Coach Check-In: November 5th, 2013
Hey TeamInternallyFit,

Shewww! I made it!!  That’s right I survived the first of the “eating season” holidays, Halloween – AKA international candy day.  How about you, did you stay on track and stay focused?  Did you plan ahead and make good food choices this week? If you did, you are to be commended and I’m sure it wasn’t easy.  If you didn’t, remember you have about 3 weeks to get ready for Thanksgiving.  Start planning now and take charge of your health and fitness.

This November Beachbody has something for you to be thankful for – a brand new promotion that helps you and helps others. It’s a two part, feel-good holiday promotion so read carefully.

First, “Give”: For every Shakeology HD order Beachbody will donate $10 to Feed America and a $20 donation for every Challenge Pack sold! There is no limit to the amount Beachbody will donate and we’ve promised a minimum of $250,000 with a goal of $1,000,000

Second, “Receive”: New & Existing Customers and New Coaches will receive a $20 coupon to apply to a future purchase when they buy ANY Challenge Pack in the month of November.

Happy Thanksgiving!

New on this week:

1.) Halloween Candy: Best and Worst – I know that on Halloween millions of kids (and adults) will be stuffing their faces with HUGE amounts of candy.  So, if you’re going to eat all those unhealthy treats, at least try to minimize the damage by avoiding certain treats and replacing them with a positive alternative.

2.) Right Way vs. the Wrong Way – One of the biggest keys to a successful lifestyle change is to get off to a good start.  That’s what is here for, to make sure that you get started right and stay motivated.

3.) Morning vs. Evening – Find out which time of the day is the best to work out and maximize your results.

4.) Monday Motivation – Get up, get moving and stop making excuse.  Yeah, it’s Monday!  So what?  Let’s get started.

WEEKLY HEALTH TIP: Lentils have been part of the human diet since Neolithic times, vitamin and mineral packed lentils offer an array of health benefits, including a high iron content.  In fact, lentils are one of the best vegetable sources of iron, making them an excellent choice for vegetarians and vegans.  With only 115 calories per half cup serving, lentils are extremely low calorie.  They also contain large amounts of fiber to help keep you feeling full longer.

And 2 favors that I ask:
1) If you like the hard work I put into writing my articles and videos, PLEASE help me out by sharing them. Click the share links below them and share them on FB, twitter, etc.  It really helps me get more exposure and grow TeamInternallyFit!
2) Also, remember that the way I benefit from being your coach is that I earn a commission from any Beachbody products that you purchase, as long as you buy them through my site,, (If you buy from the plain Beachbody site I get no credit). It helps with the amount of time I spend answering all your questions and helping you out. Thank you! I really appreciate it!
